Definition
The DRESS CODE POLICY or PPE & UNIFORM POLICY defines the acceptable standards of dawning an attire that along with the PPE within the organization. The policy defines the different dress code within the organization: 

  1. Business Casual Attire – This includes pants, shirts, jacket, skirts, and dresses which are not formal but appropriate for workplace. 
  2. Casual Attire/Smart Casual Attire – Jeans & T-shirts, Knee length skirts, Pants up to knee length, casual shoes. This type of attire excludes shorts, worn-out jeans. Casual Attire/Smart Casual Attire should be neat and without any statements. 
  3. Business Attire – for men includes suits, pressed shirts, tie, sports jacket, and leather shoes; for women the attire includes skirts or pants suits and sports jackets with proper shoes. 

Scope and Applicability
The Scope of DRESS CODE POLICY or PPE & UNIFORM POLICY to lay guidelines for acceptable standards of uniform , dress code and PPE within the organization. 
As per the policy employee/s must use personal protective equipment in the workplace when it is required and the organization shall provide the PPE to employee/s who is/are exposed to hazard while at work. As per the policy, PPE is essential for ensuring the health and safety of employee/s and protecting them from contracting COVID-19. The DRESS CODE POLICY or PPE & UNIFORM POLICY is applicable to all employee/s working with the organization.  

Objective
The Objective of the DRESS CODE POLICY or PPE & UNIFORM POLICY is to define and establish guideline for employees to dawn attire that is acceptable at workplace. 
The DRESS CODE POLICY or PPE & UNIFORM POLICY shall serve as a ready reference for employee/s for permitted parameters of dress code within the organization. 
The aim of the DRESS CODE POLICY or PPE & UNIFORM POLICY is to maintain uniformity in terms of dress code along with uniformity in the PPE.
