Description

Definition
The Probation and Confirmation policy aims to define the Probation duration of Full-Time employee/s within the organization and the duration of period beyond which employee/s employment with the organization shall be considered as Confirmed. The Probation and Confirmation policy shall serve as direct reference document for Fixed time employee/s to refer in the event of any queries related to Probation and Confirmation with the organization. The Probation and Confirmation policy aims to speed up the resolution of queries related to Probation duration and confirmations. 

Scope and Applicability
The Scope of the Probation and Confirmation policy is to set a framework for communicating the Probation duration within the organization. The scope is also to indicate the rights of the employee/s and employer during the Probation duration of employee/s within the organization along with the benefits that the employee/s shall be entitled for post the successful completion of Probation duration and Confirmation.  
The Company Probation and Confirmation policy is applicable to Full-time employee/s within the organization. 

Objective
The Objective of the Probation and Confirmation policy is to explicitly communicate with the employee/s regarding the Probation duration within the organization and the subsequent Confirmation of employee/s within the organization. The Probation and Confirmation policy shall serve as a guiding principle for new and/or existing employee/s for information related to the probation duration within the organization along with the subsequent confirmation of the employee/s post the completion of probation duration.
