    IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC builds and dissolves teams under the brand of Iris Management Consultant FZ LLC . This is done as a part of lower operational cost strategy and lesser investments in heavy direct CAPEX and/or fixed costs

  • Why does IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC follows the policy of LEAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

    IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC believes in delivering projects to its clients in cost efficient budgets in which following the principle of LEAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM helps wherein the budgets for the projects do not hit heavy on the Clients’ Financials.

    AND/OR

    IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC builds and dissolves teams under the brand of Iris Management Consultant FZ LLC . This is done as a part of lower operational cost strategy and lesser investments in heavy direct CAPEX and/or fixed costs.

  • Does Building and Dissolving teams mean Sub-contracting or Outsourcing of projects?

    No, the teams are built and dissolved by IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC under the brand of  IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC and IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC undertakes the responsibility of project completion by the team, until the explicitly agreed mutually agreed date between Iris Management Consultant FZ LLC & the Client.

  • While following the LEAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, when does IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC builds and dissolves teams?

    IRIS Management Consultant builds and dissolves teams, only if deemed as necessary by Iris Management Consultant.

    Iris Management Consultant possesses the capacity to build and dissolve teams keeping in view of the nature, structure, scope of work of the projects and the Prospective Client’s budget for the respective project.

  • In the event, if building & dissolving teams is not deemed as necessary by IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC, then how does Iris Management Consultant manages and executes projects ?

    In the event ,  if building and dissolving of teams for projects is not deemed as necessary by IRIS Management Consultant, then such projects are directly undertaken by the Founder & Owner of Iris Management Consultant and are delivered to the Client in explicitly defined timelines.

  • Who is responsible for contact and communication/s related to the projects and project completion if IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC builds and dissolves teams? 

    While IRIS Management Consultant follows the policy of LEAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, Iris Management Consultant undertakes full responsibility of completion of projects undertaken.

    A dedicated Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) shall be allocated for the project who shall be continuously monitored by the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC.

    Mutually agreed timelines between the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC and the Client, shall be explicitly stated by the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC. Particular day/s of the week shall be fixed by the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC for sending project updates and resolving Client’s queries related to the project. 

  • Who is responsible for contact and communication/s related to the projects and project completion if projects are directly undertaken by the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC?

    The Founder & Owner shall be responsible for communication related to the projects and project delivery. Mutually agreed timelines between the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC and the Client, shall be explicitly stated by the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC. Particular day/s of the week shall be fixed by the Founder & Owner of IRIS Management Consultant FZ LLC for sending project updates and resolving Client’s queries related to the project.
